Enquire NowWhat Makes the Difference
A coordinator has sorted many piles in many states. Whatever condition your paperwork is in, the session starts from where you are — not from where you think you should be.
We do not interpret, advise or act for you with any institution. What sits inside the service and what is referred onward is written plainly before any engagement begins.
The handover map and family walkthrough sessions are designed so that any household member — not just the primary contact — can find what they need without having to ask.
Sessions are scheduled with space between them so you can absorb and respond at your own pace. There is no pressure to complete a task before you feel ready to.
Every engagement ends with something you can hold or open: a printed summary, an indexed folder, a workbook, or a handover map — not a conversation that fades from memory.
We work from a quiet office in Jalan Kelawai. Sessions can take place in person or by video call, whichever suits the household better at the time of booking.
Have a Pile That Has Been Waiting?
A short conversation about what you have — even if you are not sure what you have — is a perfectly reasonable place to start. Send a note and we will follow up gently.

Can you tell me how much I am entitled to from EPF or my pension?
