What Makes the Difference

No Judgement on Disorder

A coordinator has sorted many piles in many states. Whatever condition your paperwork is in, the session starts from where you are — not from where you think you should be.

Clear Scope, No Overreach

We do not interpret, advise or act for you with any institution. What sits inside the service and what is referred onward is written plainly before any engagement begins.

Family-Centred Approach

The handover map and family walkthrough sessions are designed so that any household member — not just the primary contact — can find what they need without having to ask.

Unhurried Pace

Sessions are scheduled with space between them so you can absorb and respond at your own pace. There is no pressure to complete a task before you feel ready to.

Tangible Deliverables

Every engagement ends with something you can hold or open: a printed summary, an indexed folder, a workbook, or a handover map — not a conversation that fades from memory.

George Town Based

We work from a quiet office in Jalan Kelawai. Sessions can take place in person or by video call, whichever suits the household better at the time of booking.

Have a Pile That Has Been Waiting?

A short conversation about what you have — even if you are not sure what you have — is a perfectly reasonable place to start. Send a note and we will follow up gently.

Things People Often Ask

Do I need to organise anything before the first session?
No preparation is needed. Bring whatever you have, in whatever state it is in — bags, folders, loose sheets, or a mix of all three. Part of what the walkthrough does is make sense of an unsorted pile, so arriving with disorder is entirely expected.
Can you tell me how much I am entitled to from EPF or my pension?
This is a regulated area that sits outside what we do. We can help you locate and organise the statements and correspondence you have received from EPF, SOCSO or your pension administrator, and we will note any open questions for you to raise directly with those bodies or with a licensed financial adviser.
What is covered in the evening course?
The five sessions cover: building a personal document map; reading published, publicly available information about how Malaysian retirement schemes are described in official material; keeping a correspondence log; scanning and naming files so they remain findable in the years ahead; and writing a one-page family note explaining where everything lives. The course is taught as general education — no regulated advice is given in any session.
How long does the Full Household Records Engagement take?
The engagement runs over 12 weeks, with up to 14 sessions. The pace is planned around your household's schedule. Not every session runs to its full length — some are short check-ins, others involve a coordinator working alongside you at the filing tray for a couple of hours. The total scope covers inventory, digital indexing, physical labelling, a handover map, and two family walkthrough sessions.
Is the session confidential?
Everything you bring to a session is treated as private. We do not retain copies of your documents, share information with third parties, or retain any original papers beyond the session itself. Our privacy policy describes exactly how any personal information you share with us is handled.
Can the session happen at my home or by video call?
The Paperwork Health Walkthrough is available at our office in Jalan Kelawai or by video call. The Full Household Records Engagement typically involves some on-site visits so the coordinator can see the physical filing situation directly, though planning sessions and check-ins are easily done remotely.
